Phil’s View is a one bedroom apartment located near town, that sits up high for a view of the ocean on east and north sides.

Rates:
$150 per night for 1-2 people.
Christmas and New Year’s weeks: $200 per night for 1-2 people (5 night minimum)
$25/extra person per night
